Counting Stars, Inc. is a non-profit agency committed to fostering inclusivity by breaking down barriers so that children, adolescents, and teens with disabilities and their families can receive the support they need and deserve. We believe all individuals, no matter how severe their skill deficits, are human beings with unique interests, preferences, self-worth, and an inherent desire to be loved and included.

In Brown County alone, 13.6% of children are receiving special education services in school. Many of these children are on waitlists for external services or do not meet the specific requirements that agencies have in place. In the short time Counting Stars has been open, we have welcomed more than 80 families into our village, which continues to grow daily.
